My name is Tim Chapman. I am a consultant and speaker in “Integrative Nutritional/Energy Medicine.” I also work closely with a gentleman, Alan Lord, and Alan owns the formulas of the products listed as “Biocence.” (www.biocence.com). Biocence is the only FDA-approved, Category I Topical Antiseptic for market and distribution presently in the USA.
Biocence has been tested exhaustively in three independent infectous Disease and Bacteriological Laboratories in the USA and it has demonstrated a zero (0) kill time (means ‘on contact’) on ALL strains of MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) and CA-MRSA (Community-acquired Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus). It demonstrated (0) zero kill time with the Weaponized Bacillus anthracis (Anthrax) and to date ALL bacteria, viruses (HIV, HSV, Ebola, Varicella, Cytomegalovirus) and fungi have died either “on contact” or within 30 seconds.
Biocence is safe to drink and it is phenomenally effective on MRSA infections on animals (MRSA cross-infects humans and visa versa) and to date, there has been no “tachyphylaxis” or microbial resistance or organism modulations to create “Super-super bugs.”
Biocence outperforms Betadine and Hibiclens and it can be used as an inanimate wipe-down solution [patient tables, dental chairs, etc.] (disinfectants cannot be used on the skin, but antiseptics can be used on inanimate objects and the skin of humans and animals). The infectious disease experts also “know” that Biocence will effectively kill Clostridial difficile (C. diff), although it has not been tried in vitro or in vivo as yet. It hs shown effective “0″kill time on VRE (Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus).
This is a phenomenal product and a spray and lotion are available. The Biocence Botanical Complex preservative system has been approved by the CTFA (Cosmetics, Toiletries, Fragrance Assoc.) for use in manufactured products within these markets. I know individuals that use this as the ONLY facial application and moisturizer because of its effective cleansing (anti-acne properties) and moisturizing activities. I do not go out into public areas without a bottle of the lotion or spray for pre/post usage of touching objects or skin of “Infected Public.”
Thank you for allowing me to introduce this product line to you. This is “all natural” and smells like a citrus complex; not like Tea Tree Oil (Melaleuca alternifolia). Colloidal Silver has been used and is an effective antimicrobial agent, but it lacks the extensive scientific validation and it does not have the “0″ kill time of Biocence.

Dear Alan:
Thank you for the introduction to your amazing product, Biocence. Although the spray and lotion have similar, but different application foci, the basic antimicrobial effectiveness of these products have global significance of immense potentials.
World-wide, galatial disasters and their resultant infectious disease pandemics and the escalating antibiotic-resistant mutagenesis of “common” bacterial species has engulfed the world’s populations in an “Infectious Armageddon” never before seen or experienced.
Biocence is a significant entry for a plausible solution for many, if not theoretically all, infectious disease epidemics, whether bacterial, viral or fungal in origin. The advent of this product line has “rainbow” potential and with the unpublished, objective third-party infectious disease specialists enumerating over 850 microbes in all Family/Genus/Species being “killed” within 30-60 seconds of product exposure, introduces a formidable opponent in this globally-expanding war on microbe escalation.
Empirically, I would like to expose you to three (3) different triumphs of this product’s application in relatively, “typical” infectious scenarios. One, was a 16 year old adolescent who had a crippling, pulmonary infection. In most clinical situations, antibiotics would be the first-line course of therapy. However, this young lady has Ulrich’s Congenital Myopathy and her pulmonary reserve and ability to expectorate are extremely minimized. The First course of antibiotics was not remedial and I had access to the Nasal Mist (Non-OTC) and I had her use the inhaler three (3) times a day for 2 days. This young lady requires positioning and inter-scapular percussion (as with Cystic Fibrosis patients) to be able to “cough-up” intra-bronchial mucus. Within 12 hours, her pulmonary symptoms cleared and she was able to expectorate the mucus entrapped with much greater ease. These types of pulmonary episodes usually take 2-3 days and twice required hospitalization and intravenous antibiotic administration. A Second situation was with me. I often will contract an upper respiratory infection (URI) but I refuse to take antibiotics, unless absolutely necessary. I used the Nasal Mist q4hr and the Biocence Spray, 1 spray, intra-buccal, q4hr. Within 8 hours I was cleared. In my case, these types of infectious occurrences last 2-3 days. In the Third clinical situation involved a canine species, a Whippet. These dogs have a very, thin integument and are very susceptible to epithelial infections and post-dermatitis cellulitis and possible abscess formation. Seven (7) days of a potent, broad-spectrum antibiotic was not effective and the C & S showed a MRSA infection. An application of the Biocence lotion q4hr cleared this infection with elimination of erythema and lesion-crusting within 24 hours. The owner and veterinarian were thankful and amazed!
I can and will truthfully attest to the clinically awesome efficacy of this product and its unlimited potential in human and veterinarian infectious applications, secondary to its “cidal” activities in innumerable and ALL microbial infections tested to date.

I want to make mention of a relatively new product, Biocence, (www.biocence.com) which is an FDA-approved OTC Category I Antiseptic. The antiseptic identification is secondary to being marketed as an OTC pharmaceutical and not Rx drug product. Biocence has recently been approved by the CTFA to be used as a cosmetic or toiletry preservative system. Three independent bacteriological/infectious disease laboratories have introduced over 800 micro-organsims to this product (All-Natural Flavonoid Complex) and to date not one organism (bacterial, viral or fungal) has not died within 20-30 seconds and all strains of MRSA and CA-MRSA have been killed “on contact.” This product is safe to drink and unlike the effective antimicrobial activities of colloidal silver, healthy, beneficial, enteric microflora ultilize Biocence as a “prebiotic” and only eradicate pathogenic organisms. All ingredients in the Flavonoid Complex are GRAS listed. I have had women use this product as a morning and evening moisturizer and they say their facial skin has never felt as smooth or been as blemish-free as when they use the topical lotion. The Biocence website has extensive study data which is down-loadable. It has had amazingly rapid healing results in small and large “veterinary patients,” as well. Recalcitrant “Diaper Rash” is usually eradicated within 36 hours and dermatophytoses (skin fungi = Athlete’s Feet”) are healed within 1-3 days.
